When we got to the airport, I asked the KL agent if there was any way we could upgrade. She offered us an upgrade for 25K DL miles plus 400 Euro per person. Any idea what rule or policy this was based on?
This is a day of departure policy and only at the airport. Prices range from 125 to 400 euros depending on your booking class plus the miles. T fare should be 300 euros. This policy is valid only for Flying Blue and Sky Miles; less miles if you're a Sky Miles member vs. a Flying Blue.
