Thanks for the trip report. I guess there will be signs on the island saying "hotel guest only beyond this point" if some of the restaurants will be open to outside guest. I have friends who were outside guests enjoy a great dinner at Villa Milocer when it first opened. They were treated very kindly and not made to feel like an outsider. I can't wait to spend a week here next summer!
