Please forgive me if this has already been addressed...after 36 pages, I'm sure it has, but it's quite a long thread to try to find.

How would I be able to find a description of the codes (short definition in the first post definitely pointed me in the right direction) and what the eligibility rules are for the codes? I picked out about eight that I think could apply to me, but would like to know for sure.

Excellent thread, by the way! Never knew there were codes out there other than offers presented to me via email or website.
