I had just amazingly fantastic support at SLC last week where I couldn't get a low mileage to book on China Airlines from the US. It was a horrible routing, but was in all low mileage (60,000) round-trip, BNA-BKK in July. I asked to speak to a supervisor, he agreed that it's not my fault it can't book. He said he can book me on the better routing DL flights, BNA-DTW-NRT-BKK and give me the low mileage as an override (it was pricing to 120,000). Fantastic service I think.
