The only real concern for me would be the interconnecting door.
Judging from experience, I guess we are talking about a property in the US, where those doors often leave a lot to be desired, when it comes to precision and craftmanship.
I vividly remember a room at an AAA 4 Diamond hotel in New York, where one could see the leg up to the knee of the person next door, because the gap between the floor and the door was like 2-3 inches...
