Normally you cannot transfer the visa certs. As far as the megabonus certs, since they are issued by Marriott, my understanding is that you can transfer them.

However, since you and your daughter/son-in-law will be staying in the same hotel you can just make a reservation for two rooms under your name and attach all certs to the same reservation. Call the Marriott reservation line--they should be able to assist.
