If it were me I'd go to the hyatt gold passport website and look for some sort of customer service address, or a web page where you can post directly. I know Hilton has one and I've used it several times. It goes to the central Hilton people first who then forward to the hotel if the feel that's appropriate. But I think someone reads it before it goes out to the hotel.
