Agreed, the arrivals lounge is a hot full english, unlike in the GC lounge. Im totally not impressed with the bacon & mushroom rolls that are on offer.

To the OP just as the banking scot said head straight to the GC lounge for breakfast and a shower. If you want a hot breakfast why not try plane food in the upper main departure area.
