Up until last week, all my times flying out of MEL have been in the evening and I was definitely pleasantly surprised to see the breakfast items on offer. I had bacon, eggs and sausage as well as toast and a croissant.

They also had rather delicious looking fresh yoghurt.

I was glad I had breakfast in the lounge, because the meal I got in J flying out of there was inedible (the worst meal I've ever had on QF - in any class). The crew must have known, because I got a personal apology from the CSM even though I didn't say anything (although I didn't hear him say anything to any other pax - just me in 1D)

Here's hoping they bring that it to other lounges.
