It is finding the TPAC flight those days that is going to be difficult. If you can get to 'anywhere' in Asia, connecting to CGK on an award is still usually pretty easy to find those holiday dates even if DPS is unavailable. LCC's are cheap and fast from there. Christmas is not as big a holiday in Jakarta as in allot of other Asian cities although even CGK will see a big spike in holiday travelers.

Since you have Oneworld miles and Star Alliance miles I'd get on British Airways and ANA's web sites, sign up for their programs and use their availability tools to just look for 'anything' 'anywhere' North America to 'anything' 'anywhere' Asia, to find a flight to build on. Most likely that will be the hardest part.
