That's not strictly the same promotion. For Pacific region hotels, it's called The Double Points Zone promo. I received a card on this one when staying in Hong Kong last week. I have several stays next month in Japan, so wonder if I can register and get double points for those upcoming stays, while still participating in the Free Nights component of the Sweet Dilemma promotion? As it turns out, I am not able to register so suspect only those with accounts registered to addresses in the region qualify. As it turns out, my Japan hotels are all ANA properties (including an ANA Crowne Plaza) but these are not participating in the promotion.
