The only way I found was to do reservation on AA site for say DFW-DUS or DFW-Cologne, etc. You will see a flight to FRA, then AA codeshare on DB trains. But as I mentioned, it makes a $2k+ ticket vs $for example $700 DFW-FRA + eur80-90 for DB train ticket.<br>
Another note on DB trains, 2nd class is perfectly finea and comfy. I you do go first class, look out for the yellow stripe on the car, thats how you tell which car is 1st class (2 minutes is not much time to figure out which two of 14 cars is first class). And unless you are planning on going long distances (beyond FRA-DUS), just buy a round trip, ita a lot cheaper.
