Houston to Tampa was $7. It worked fine. Wasn't really all that fast but it did work.

What I do NOT like about the pricing structure (unless I was looking at it incorrectly) is that if you have a stopover somewhere, you have to repay for the next segment of your flight even if you aren't changing planes. That is not cool.
