My wife and I are going to do a mileage run in January to qualify for the first 10k of the triple BONUS miles promo and need some suggestions.

What would be the best place to go if we want the most comfortable flight in Y and:

1. Want to leave as late as possible on a Friday to minimize vacation days and return on Sunday

2. At least be able to enjoy some of the city we are in for the 24 hours we will be there

3. Not a must, but preferably have a nice Starwood hotel to use a free weekend night.

4. Prefarably get the whole 5k each way without having to connect. I think this only leaves us with ZRH and FRA as CDG and LGW both net about 50 miles below 5k each way.

The only option that I see as a perfect use of time right now is DFW-FRA. It is on a 777, which is a big plus. I haven't had a chance to fly the new 767 in coach so I am just guessing on this.

It leaves around 3pm and arrives on Sat at 7am. The return leaves Sun at 10am and arrives at 3pm.

Any other ideas or support for FRA?
