hi, newbie here..sorry if i have posted in the wrong place...
i have been searching on here for a while and still can't find the information needed..

i am a uk passport holder
me and friend 'A' have just booked 2 tickets business class (thanks ba miles) to las vegas in september.
the villa we have booked takes 4 people, so we thought we would ask a couple more friends to join us as the flights in cattle class are very cheap at the mo...

my problem is that one of the other friends got in to a bit of bother which resulted in her hitting another person, who then pressed charges, which has left my friend with the criminal record..(would it be for assult?)

i think this happen a couple of years ago..

i would like to know what her chances of being able to gain entry to the us, if any before i ask her to join us, i know she would really like to come.

any advice would be, great cheers
