If you earn MQM's, yes it counts.

Some consolidator and other super cheap fares (including, I believe, some highly discounted fares on SkyTeam partners) may not earn MQM's or MM's, but LUTHKQ do earn. In the chart you point out, class bonus refers to RDM's.
