W in Times Square - was having a casual conversation with the Operations Manager about general hotel stuff and mentioned I was there celebrating my birthday to see my first broadway show.

When I returned to my room there were a half dozen cupcakes from Magnolia Bakery and a gorgeous bouquet of flowers waiting for me.

Pretty cool.
