If you need a fast response best bet is twitter. Regular customer service response time varies (HVC~DM real quick, regular, mehhh??). Gold you should get a response within 14 days or so. Back a few months ago (July'ish) I sent an e-mail as a PM and it took close to 21 days to get back to me. Got the response I wanted but it took a while.
