I was just wondering if anyone has been able to recently obtain an AA award trip in F from the US to Australia using CX with the "single" 145,000 mile award - or has it only been possible using two awards US-HKG and HKG-Australia? The AAdvantage agent I spoke to the other day insisted that it could only be done on QF using the 145K award and not CX.
