Seatexpert and Seatguru were right ... two years ago. I've been on a Skywest CR9 since then and it had 12 seats in F; all the ex-NWA CR9's have 12 in F also so even if there is an eq swap, all of the CR9's sould have 12 F. Even so, I would avoid row 4C simply because you will get bumped by carts; likely more than once.
