I book reservations through a corporate reservation system. I imagine that this is the same for most business travelers. My seat selection and frequent flyer number gets properly posted on Alaska. However, when I go to My Trips, it's never there. Is there some technical reason why Alaska can't sweep reservations into there? Why did they create that part of the website if it doesn't apply to everyone? Any ideas?
