It's actually EASIER to get from BWI to downtown DC than it is from IAD.
i don't know about that...granted MARC is great, but i can get from IAD to downtown in relative ease.
i've never gone from BWI-dc before, only dc-BWI. i guess i'm just used to IAD...however i do prefer DCA.
