I do not know anything free that comes close to these tools in terms of accuracy and efficiency.

I'm still looking for the magical tool or site that will help me find good Envoy paid fares over a wide date range with flexible destinations though.

Comparefare flyertalk seems pretty good, but you might not be able to get the best deal out of RT fares it seemingly.
