IKK = SEs can book any award seat on Air Canada at the normal award redemption rate (e.g. NA-Europe in C for 85k miles)

Since this year there is some capacity controls, which means that IKK is not available for some routes/dates etc.

The exact rules for IKK have been modified every year and afaik the rules for 2011 havenīt been published yet (but should be similar to those in 2010).
