I bought a Wenger very similar to this when I needed to carry a laptop in a situation that didn't lend itself to carrying a briefcase or using a rolling case. (I think mine may be a slightly older version.)

It has been wonderful - Mr H has adopted it as his hand luggage of choice - I sometimes have to fight him for it!

We have carried two laptops in it, and a lot more as well. They also do another one that will take a 17" laptop.
