Is it safe to drive around at 2-3AM in Las Vegas?
I'm thinking of a trip to LAS from PHX and might reach by around 2-3AM. Would I still be able to see the lights at that time? Also would there be more drunk ppl around at that time?

Lastly any interesting sights in the route from PHX to LAS except for Hoover dam?
