When I asked at LHR T5 using my QF WP (Emerald) status, I was given the reply that the card trumped the ticket so come on in for a concession holder travelling with a paid ticket. Actually, thinking about it, I also got the same answer when on a concession ticket myself that my multi-Emerald status was good enough reason to let me in.
Oh well, don't have to worry about that myself anymore!
