I pay for my A&T microsim with my US checking account, not one of my UK credit cards, so I don't know if it lets you pay with a non-US billing address.

The option of checking account was added shortly after lauch from what I remember, due to people complaining. Default is credit card, as you can do that from the device directly. And sorry for the "growl", I am a grumpy German, who just got out of bed
