I flew last night on AA 108 in F. The Flagship Suite seats were great (I sat in 1J on seatguru's recommendation), as was the attitude and attentiveness of the flight attendants. The food, however, was disappointing. It wasn't bad, but not a huge step up from domestic F meals. I expect to be flying back on BA (and expect a superior experience, based on posts on this board). I'll provide the comparison when I return.
