Is 1 hour sufficient for OSL connection in FRA?

Planning a trip to Norway/Sweden in December, US is offering a flight from PHL-FRA, connecting to Lufthansa FRA-OSL.
But the offered connection time is only 70 minutes.
My prior experiences in FRA (connecting to cities within Germany) have been awful and unpredictable. Is there any reason to hope for better with a flight to Norway? I realize that I'll have to clear customs, but will I also need to exit/re-enter security?
Preemptive notes: Ultimate destination is Stockholm but US is not offering a reasonable fare there, so will transfer to another airline for that flight. I want to book using US so that I can get the Chairman's upgrade for wife and self.
