Id suggest trying SilverKris Lounge in T3 - out of al lthe lounges ive used (except for the United international First Lounge in SFO) it beats the pants off most lounges - access available when travelling C with and *A carrier from SIN irrespective of departure terminal - its wel lworth the visit and if u are a smoker like me the outdoor smoking area is right next to the entrance as I recently travelled through SIN as a *G I chose my C board pass for access rather than my *G status - priority pass is good as well in SIN
