Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I was unable to find a single 85,000 point flight during several attempts. I did find some via YUL but only the YYZ-YUL hop was in Business so why bother.

I must admit I didn't search on the other Star Alliance partners, but there you need but depending on the airline, you might need 100,000 points to get a comfy seat.
