Ticketing fee using vouchers paid at the airport?
FYI,
I was at the airport booking a ticket for a family member using my AA vouchers. I asked if they could waive my ticketing fee and was informed that starting Sept. or Oct. 15, there is no ticketing fee if paying using vouchers.

The default ticketing fee of 30 dollars still pops up and it has to be removed manually. Only one agent was aware of this change.
