Since you were on the KL codeshare then your OneWorld status provides for no lounge access rights. For OW benefits, the flight has to be both marketed by and operated by a One World carrier; using the KL codeshare then the marketed carrier was KL

As far as whether you should have been able to access using KL status is something that the KLM forum might well be able to answer
