Overall experience/any other comments
Meal orders were taken by status on the ground which is the first time that I've ever had that happen (this being roughly my 85th J segment this year). As an SE, I was the 2nd person asked for their order and I asked for the beef. It seems the rest of the cabin asked for beef as well since the SD told the last couple of people seated near me that all she had left was Salmon.
Pasta isn't being catered anymore???
Once in the air, the meals started to be distributed beginning at the front of the cabin and working to the back. I was the last to be served and it turns out that they had miscounted the number of beef available and I was the odd man out. In the end it wasn't the end of the world for me. As I sat there and thought about it the odds of this happening were probably 1 in a 100 or less and it turns out this was my 100th segment of the year so there was some humour in it for me.
