In some cases, I suspect the answer to the OP's question is "pretty much everyone." I have no doubt that as soon as someone like Paris Hilton goes through one of these machines, some TSO is going to figure out how to do a camera phone snap of the image, and before she is at her gate, the image will be pretty much all over the internet.
