Might need to double-check that. I heard that employee rates at Ritz are only available to Ritz employees. Ritz staff can use Marriott employee rates but not vice-versa. I'd assumed that this would apply to F&F as well but I'm not 100% certain of this.
kinda of correct....Ritz-Carlton Ladies and Gentleman rate is only available to them but there is also a MI (not franchise/owners etc) associate rate available at RZ but the rate is higher than the ladies and gentleman rate (yes Ladies and Gentleman do receive the same rate as associates at other brands)
