AA customer service is wonderful. I have written to AA each time I have contacted customer service with the agent's name and told them of my encounters with them. I would do the same if I had any bad experiences, but I have not even had one. From the ticket counter to the FA's, we have always been treated very well.

I have had customer service agents apologise for taking so long when I have called with complicated situations. I always thank them and tell them at the end of our transaction that I will be writing to AA to let them know of the wonderful experience.
