The info loaded into the GDS is incorrect. The primary schedule system doesn't have this loaded. I think the info in GDS is more likely stale info from previous schedules which are no longer in force.

Actually in the blog post, I specifically mentioned they're only loaded in Sabre and Amadeus' timetable listing, they're not showing up in EK's in-house system.
But those routes mentioned doesn't look like default schedule.
