I apologise if this has been asked to death, but it there a thread somewhere that offers tips and hints on booking AP rewards flights that might increase one's chances of success?

Just for interest, I tried to see if one could book a Business Class seat on a YYZ to FCO flight next fall. Basically the answer seems to be no unless one uses the Extra Access Flight Awards which ups the cost from the desired 85,000 per seat to 392,000 per seat.

Is it now impossible to book Business Class using Best Value Flight rewards, the point value advertised in the Rewards Chart?

I am thinking of getting rid of my CIBC Aerogold VISA and looking at other travel reward credit cards that might have increased flexibility and availability.
