Might need to double-check that. I heard that employee rates at Ritz are only available to Ritz employees. Ritz staff can use Marriott employee rates but not vice-versa. I'd assumed that this would apply to F&F as well but I'm not 100% certain of this.
My Marriott friends have received employee rates at Ritzs for a long time. The F&F is the one that hasn't been available.
