Assuming you're registered for both promos and you fly before Nov. 15, you will get double RDMs for the entire trip from the Alaska Offer promo, a 10,000 RDM bonus from the RDU promo and MQMs for all but the SEA-BOS flight on Alaska Air from the RDU promo. Kevin Pinto confirmed somewhere in the massive Various Spoke Cities thread that the RDU/BNA/PIT/STL promos are stackable with other promos and that was confirmed by someone who took a trip similar to yours and received both bonuses.

As always, you may not receive all the bonuses initially, but it will be corrected if you contact DL.
