They don't accept Priority Pass & I'm certain they don't accept other cards. I tried to buy my way in once, but they don't sell admission either.

That's a small terminal with little to do. The seats are steel, a Deli France & not much more. You may want to exit & catch a taxi to the Mall of Asia. It'd be much more comfortable, I think. But you'll have to pay the departure tax when you return.
