Yeah! If it's just for voice, then any of tmobile, AT&T, and the several MVNO's will do. I guess it's just a matter of which one is easier to get. Both tmobile and AT&T will not expire for a year once you topup with $100. I believe there is a thread/sticky here that discusses most of the options.
