I'm not sure that what we have is broken. Unless they provide some new value in the move to electronic, I only see this as a move backward.

What we will definitely lose:

• Discretion for first leg of connecting flights
• Discretion on oversold flights
• When traveling together, discretion to decide whose cert to use at the last minute
• Opportunity for agent error

For this change to have any value, I'd like to see some or all of the following:

• 12/13 months validity from date of issue
• Flexible credits towards NAV (1 credit), SWU (1.5 credit), SSWU (2 credit)
• Fewer credits in the summer and holiday period
• Transfer between family
• Some free upgrades (although not holding my breath)
