The 77L seats are not the problem, it's the table on the 764 lie-flat seats. From personal experience, I can tell you that the table snap out quite fast and the mechanism is not very intuitive to handle. What I remember from FT posts after the roll-out of these, DL acknowledged the problem and went back to the manufacturer to make design changes for the lie-flat seats which will be installed in the next few years.
