Location: 1 hour from Khao Yai, Thailand. No longer Bangkok, China, Taiwan , Palm Coast, FL, LA, or Chicago though still exiled, again, from the Bay Area.

All it took was one problem for me, making me miss a flight. I always walk (though once we were late getting out of SFO and I only had 15 minutes to catch a flight to LGW and they had the cart waiting for me.) It doesn't take any more time and it is good exercise, especially on those days of long international flight segments.
