Sky Fortune (near the new US Embassy). Most of the food there is not to my liking (river snails!), but beautiful duck.
One thing that other locals could really help with is suggesting NON-famous places that they think have good duck, even if not super fancy. Having our choices expanded beyond the usual Duck Restaurant Trail is a good thing. With the understanding that everybody's taste buds are different...and no 100% guarantees are given for anywhere.
