Another thing AA should do is to introduce MRTC to AE if they're going to operate AE flights that can last up to 3 or 4 hours. Also allowing paxs to buy drinks (the alcohol ones) on AE would help too.

As it is, I avoid AE for flights longer than about a hour mostly because of the lousy seat pitch.
