That is not listed as being an "actual" image. There is no way to independently validate that 300dpi is the highest resolution available to the imaging display. The image displayed is filed as a JPG, an incredibly "lossy" image format (i.e., it is a compressed video image with a codec that has the potential to lose a great deal of information, especially in a b/w image set). I, for one, highly doubt that the TSA would permit a manufacturer to use 300dpi/jpeg as their final display resolution.
